REAL RESULTS FROM REAL PARENTS
We started the Baby Sleep Program when our daughter was just 5 months old, and it was honestly life changing. Never did I think I'd be able to simply put my child to bed without her protesting, trying to climb out or roam the house.
Fast forward to now, bedtime with our 1.5-year-old and 4.5-year-old is one of my favourite parts of the day. People always bad mouth sleep training, but what they don't see is the amount of connection, laughter and love we have in our bedtime routine because everyone is well rested.
Using The baby sleeps program was honestly one of the best decisions that we have ever made, it helped our daughter to link her sleep cycles during the day and nights. Within 3 days she had got the basics of self settling and began to link her sleep cycles. I have recommended the program to so many of my friends. Three years on and our daughter is still a great sleeper. Thank you Tara for creating such a great program 🙂

Any change can bring some frustration or protest, especially if your child is used to falling asleep in a particular way.
That doesn't make the change wrong, it simply makes it new.
Our role is to help you create a new familiar: one that feels safe, predictable, and supportive while building sustainable sleep habits.
We offer a range of gentle approaches that mean you support your babe through change and encourage families to move at a pace that feels right for them and their child. Guess what!
You will still be responding to your baby, you will still comfort and in fact overtired means higher stress hormones. This is so beneficial to them. As it is when they fall asleep will be what they expect when they waken. When they rely on
external measures to fall asleep are what they rely on to also get back to sleep. When they believe sleep is externally done for them they stay in lighter surface sleep, struggle to re settle and many seem like thay have low sleep needs. Your little one has picked up a pattern that isn’t serving them or the family. You are allowed to make changes, this is parenting.
This will be the first of many times you step into the role of making changes when something isn’t serving your little one. Your little ones well being and your bond is largely linked to materal well being. You matter, rest matters, your relationships matter.

Poor sleep is linked to increased stress, reduced parental wellbeing, relationship strain, and difficulties with day-to-day functioning. For children, it can affect mood, emotional regulation, learning and overall wellbeing. The thing is there is no timeline for when this get’s better. Learning to sleep through or long stretches isn’t a developmental milestone when the main issue is learned patterns or behaviours around sleep. Let’s say you rock to sleep can you imagine holding out to wait for the one day your little one might be like “no thanks mum
ive got this and I’ll sleep through” It is NOT worth the wait.

Many families join us feeling exactly the same way. Most families have tried A LOT! Our approach goes beyond schedules and sleep training methods. We look at the whole picture, including sleep pressure, feeding, temperament, attachment, development, sleep
associations, environment. Tara is one of the most experienced consultants in this field with over 12 years in sleep consulting alone, 19 years working with little ones. Most people come
to her with complex scenarios convinced their little one will be the one it doesn’t work for BUT it does. Tara is also a circle of security parenting expert with 19 years experience so don’t worry she has toddler behaviour and parenting covered also.

Lasting sleep improvements happen when all the pieces come together, which is why our programs are designed to help you understand your child, not just follow a plan.
Gentle Sleep is the program people turn to when nothing else has worked.
Remember though it takes commitment and if you need further help just reach out.
Every child is different, but many families notice positive changes within the first four days.
Reach out, you can always email us, we would absolutely love to help. You don’t have to do
this alone. Sometimes it’s just a little extra guidance or support that makes all the difference.
We are so confident we can help!
Yes. We work with children of all temperaments. In fact, many of the families we support describe their little ones as highly sensitive, determined, low sleep needs, alert, or strong- willed. I don’t believe these babes can’t get good sleep in fact I believe they need it even more. Their nervous systems will thank you! If you believe your child is low sleep needs use a little more awake time than the guides suggest to begin with.
That's very common. The program helps you understand the reasoning behind
recommendations, the reason behind sleep/parenting issues so you can make informed decisions together and create a consistent approach. You can both be on the same page.
You'll receive access for 4 months, allowing you to revisit the content whenever you need it and navigate future sleep challenges with confidence. If you purchase the upgrade to the membership you will get ongoing access with a subscription fee monthly. Cancelling membership can be done through your login or email
